A 15-second hiring video: match one role, workplace and live vacancy
A restaurant photo can introduce a place without explaining the vacancy. Before combining kitchen work, front-of-house work or different shifts, choose the opening this video will introduce. This optional worksheet connects a usable workplace photo to your current job information.
Define one opening
Keep the role, location and employment type together. Split vacancies with different duties or conditions into separate worksheet rows. A short video can introduce the work and send viewers to the matching vacancy; it need not recite the full job description.
Separate what the photo shows from employment terms
Choose a photo that represents the actual workplace or work, and check permission to use people and logos in recruitment material. Do not infer from the photo that someone is an applicant, new hire or endorser. A welcoming room does not establish flexible hours, training or eligibility: use only confirmed vacancy information.
Resolve an outdated job poster
Check whether printed pay, location or shifts still match the live opening. If displaying pay, provide the currency, time unit and applicable conditions exactly as confirmed. When material conflicts, use a current workplace photo and vacancy page and clarify the facts in optional information. This is preparation, not legal review or automatic job-data validation.
Choose the destination and a closing routine
Decide whether the video belongs in a workplace social post or on your careers page. Check the placement's current video requirements yourself. Review posts when the vacancy closes or terms change. RakuMovie does not collect applications, run job listings, monitor openings or guarantee hires.

FAQ
- Must I complete every field to try it?
- No. This is optional preparation. Use the existing photo intake and read current trial terms and required consent on the recruitment product page.
- Will the video handle applications or update the vacancy?
- No. You manage applications, placements and job information. Compare the finished video with the live vacancy before posting.
- Can a workplace introduction use the same invitation as an open vacancy?
- Choose the purpose. An introduction should not imply a current opening unless one exists. For hiring, match the featured role to the application destination. Current video prices and scope are on the recruitment product page.
- Do you check rights, legal compliance and ad approval?
- RakuMovie creates and delivers videos. You are responsible for permissions to use the materials and people’s likenesses, accurate product information and prices, applicable advertising laws, necessary disclaimers, platform approval and your final check before publishing. Legal review, ad management and marketing support are not included.
- Is AI involved?
- Yes, generative AI is used in parts of production. You do not need to write prompts, choose models or keep regenerating clips. We deliver a finished video ad, with editing and automated quality checks included.
- Do I need to learn an editing tool?
- No. Send a photo and any existing page links or documents you want us to use. We handle production; you do not need editing software or AI skills.
- Will there be meetings or sales calls?
- No. We work from the information and materials you submit. We do not make sales calls.
- What does it cost?
- Your first video is free, once per business. No card required. After that, choose one video for USD 188.00, three per month for USD 378.00, or five per month for USD 568.00. Prices include tax, are billed in the displayed currency and have no setup fee. With the five-video monthly plan, an extra video costs USD 150.40, 20% below the one-off price.
- Can I buy just one video?
- Yes. A one-off video costs USD 188.00, including tax. No monthly subscription is required.
- When will it be ready?
- Production can take as little as 20 minutes after we have your materials, phone verification and notification address. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery time. Demand, unsuitable images or unclear content can make it take longer.
- What if I do not like the result?
- Because this is a custom digital production, cancellations and refunds are unavailable once production begins. If you find a significant defect, contact us through the support form so we can review it under the service terms.
